Purpose

We require contact information from each market participant to be used to communicate and request information from you directly as we move through the market transition. The general primary representative will serve as the main point of contact between the Market Participant and the AESO. This individual will also be responsible for coordinating the organization’s participation in, and completion of, required readiness activities. 

At this time, we need the following: 

• Email addresses and phone numbers for a primary and secondary contact and an accountable executive contact for general information, including validation of readiness at various intervals
• Email addresses and phone numbers for a primary and secondary contact for IT and system-specific information

All responses are due by Friday, May 22, 2026. They will NOT be posted on AESO Engage. 

Note the information provided will be used by the AESO to correspond with your organization on matters relating specifically to the Market Transition. By providing your information, you are consenting to its use for these purposes. Should the contact information you've provided change, please email MarketTransition@aeso.ca with updates.

• You will need to be registered and signed in on the AESO Engage platform
• You will need to be on the REM Market Participant Readiness page
