Background
Following an external rule proposal, the AESO consulted with Stakeholders on the amendment of Section 306.4 of the ISO Rules, Transmission Planned Outage Reporting and Coordination. The purpose of the amendment is to provide clarity regarding change to, and cancellations of, requests for scheduled transmission outages. Additionally, the AESO is proposing the removal of subsection 3(5) as it is no longer required. Other administrative amendments are being proposed that will not change the effect of the ISO Rule.
