Panelist Selection | Voting Window Feb. 2-6, 2023

All registered participants now have the opportunity to vote for the Roundtable Panelists that they most want to hear from. The voting window will open on Feb. 2, 2023 and will close on Feb. 6, 2023. 

Organizations will be limited to one seat on the Panel. Panelists will be announced on Feb. 7, 2023. Stakeholders that apply to be a panelist that are unsuccessful will automatically be registered as General Participant.

Instructions

1. To submit your panelist selection, you will need to be registered and signed in on the AESO Engage platform.
2. Please click on the "Complete Panelist Selection" box below to submit your vote.
3. Registered participants will have one vote per seat per category: 
   • You will have two votes (one for each seat) for the Large / Industrial Load Organizations or Advocacy Group category;
   • You will have two votes (one for each seat) for the Consultant, Independent or Other category;
   • The seats were uncontested for all other categories; no voting will occur for these categories.
4. Voting results will be posted on AESO Engage.
5. Panelists will be announced on Feb. 7, 2023.
6. Voting window closes by end of day on Monday, Feb. 6, 2023.
