Purpose

Sections 103.3 and 103.7 of the ISO rules play an important role in mitigating the risk of financial loss to the AESO. Without the ISO Fee Rule Amendments, there is a risk that when a market participant fails to pay fees it owes to the AESO, other market participants will have to bear that financial loss. Stakeholder Comments and AESO Responses
