The purpose of this question board is to provide Stakeholders with the opportunity to identify areas where further clarity is required with respect to the proposed amendments to Appendix 3 of Information Document #2012-006R, Adequacy, Supply Shortfall and Energy Emergency Alerts ("Appendix 3"). The content provided will be used to inform the agenda and scope for the stakeholder session on July 28, 2026. 
  2. Please ensure that comments and questions are directly related to the proposed amendments in Appendix 3.
  3. All comments posted on the Question Board will be shared publicly.
  4. Question board comments and responses are due on or before 4:00 p.m. MDT on July 15, 2026.
