Administrative Amendments to Future Effective COM Standards

The AESO forwarded amended versions of the future effective COM-001-AB-3 and COM-002-AB-4 (COM) standards to the Commission on March 14, 2024. The amendments to the COM standards are administrative in nature and will address typographical errors.

In Decision 28904-D01-2024, dated March 28, 2024, the AUC approved the amended COM-001-AB-3 and COM-002-AB-4.

Purpose

The purpose of the June 21 Reliability Standards Workshop ("RSW") is to engage stakeholders in an active discussion on COM-001-AB-3, Communications (“COM-001-AB-3”) and COM-002-AB-4, Operating Personnel Communications Protocols (“COM-002-AB-4”).Session objectives include updating stakeholders on the COM-001-AB-3 and COM-002-AB-4 project and reviewing the AESO’s Reliability Standards Audit Worksheets (RSAWs).
